Who we are

We are a comprehensive titanium supplier, and we say so plainly. TONGKE (CHINA) INDUSTRIAL is not a titanium mill and does not present itself as one. What we do is supply the full range of titanium mill products — specifying, coordinating, inspecting and exporting them — for buyers who need one supplier covering grades, standards, sizes and product forms rather than a single production line.

The company is based in Baoji, Shaanxi. Our working language with customers is English, and the commercial side — enquiry, quotation, documentation, shipping and after-sales — is handled by us directly rather than through an intermediary.

Why we work as a one-stop titanium supplier

Titanium is produced in a relatively small number of places, and each production base has a natural range: this one rolls plate well, that one draws tube, another forges rings. A buyer with a mixed requirement therefore ends up dealing with several mills, several document sets and several freight bookings, in a language and a commercial culture that may not be their own.

Operating as a one-stop supplier solves that. We hold long-standing cooperation with titanium producers across the cluster, translate the requirement into a manufacturable specification, place the work where it fits, and take responsibility for the commercial, quality and documentation side. The buyer gets one contact and one document set, and where the goods can be consolidated, one shipment.

Our supply network in Baoji

Material is supplied through an integrated network of qualified titanium producers in Baoji, Shaanxi — China's titanium valley, where the country's titanium melting, rolling, forging and machining industry is concentrated. Working across that network is what lets us cover grades, standards, sizes, product forms and custom machined items from one point of contact. One of the production bases in the network holds ISO 9001 certification for titanium and titanium alloy plate; that certificate belongs to that producer, and we refer to it as the certification of a producer within our network rather than ours.

What we supply

We also deal in tungsten materials. That side of the business is not catalogued on this website; if you are looking for tungsten, ask and we will point you in the right direction.

How we handle documents

Traceability is the part of the service buyers care about most, and it is the part we are most particular about. A mill test report traceable to the heat number can be provided according to order requirements, and any additional certificate wording your QA department needs is agreed before the order is placed. The document set supplied with a given shipment is confirmed in the quotation.

Service commitment

We aim to answer every enquiry with a specific response rather than an acknowledgement. Reply timing depends on the time zone difference between Baoji and the buyer, and on how complete the specification is; where an enquiry needs technical work before it can be priced, we say so and give an indication of when the answer will come.
