Products by form
Each product page answers three questions: what size range is quotable, which standard it is supplied against, and what documentation accompanies it. Where a figure depends on the specific order it is marked as subject to confirmation rather than printed as a promise.

What to include in your RFQ
The enquiry checklist below is the same one we use internally. Sending all of it in the first message usually removes one or two rounds of e-mail and gets a firm price instead of an indicative one.
| Item | Why it changes the price |
|---|---|
| Product form | Plate, bar, tube, wire and machined parts follow different production routes and different ASTM standards. |
| Grade and standard revision | The grade fixes the material; the revision fixes acceptance criteria. Both belong in the enquiry. |
| Dimensions | Thickness / diameter × width × length, or OD × wall × length for tube. State tolerances if they are critical. |
| Quantity | Both the quantity for this order and any expected repeat volume. |
| Application / service | Seawater, reducing acid, elevated temperature or machining changes which grade is the sensible choice. |
| Destination country and port | Determines Incoterm, freight mode and which documents you will need. |
| Required delivery date | Tells us whether to quote from production or whether an alternative route is needed. |
| Drawing or specification | DWG, STEP, PDF or a marked-up photograph for machined and forged items. |
| Inspection requirements | Whether you need third-party inspection, and whether it is to be witnessed at the mill or on arrival. |
| Documentation | MTC, EN 10204 3.1, packing list, certificate of origin — tell us the exact wording your QA needs. |
Adapted from our own ordering note; no third-party checklist is reproduced.
Documentation provided per shipment
The base package is a mill test report traceable to heat number, a packing list, a commercial invoice and the transport documents for the agreed Incoterm. Certificate of origin, third-party inspection, pre-shipment photographs and specific certificate wording are quoted as options.

Cut-to-size and small quantity orders
Plate can be waterjet, laser or saw cut; bar can be sawn or turned to length; tube can be cut and end-prepared. Cut-to-size is the single most requested service we handle, because it lets a fabricator buy the finished size instead of paying for offcut. Mixed grades and mixed forms on one order are coordinated through the custom supply service.
Not sure which of these fits your job? Send the drawing or the specification and we will come back with the form, grade and standard.

Tell us the product, grade, standard, dimensions and quantity. If the requirement is still being defined, send the application and service conditions instead and we will come back with the options rather than a price for the wrong material.
