OEM & Custom Titanium Supply

Some requirements do not fit a product page. A drawing with a non-standard profile, a mixed bill of materials, a small first batch, or a specification that spans more than one product form — that is what a comprehensive titanium supplier is for.

Custom workflow

  1. Enquiry with drawingSend DWG, STEP, PDF, or a photograph of a marked part. Tell us the quantity, the grade if you have specified one, and the application.
  2. Technical review and feasibilityWe check the drawing against what the production partners can hold on tolerance and finish, and come back with any point that needs to change before quoting.
  3. QuotationPrice, lead time, Incoterm, inspection scope and documentation, all in one offer. Tolerance and surface finish are stated explicitly rather than implied.
  4. Sample or first articleWhere the part is new, a first article is usually the sensible next step before a batch order. Sampling is quoted per project.
  5. Production and in-process inspectionProduced at the partner works with dimensional checks at the agreed stages.
  6. Final inspection, packing and shipmentFinal dimensional record, marking, packing for the agreed transport mode, and the shipment documents.

Multi-material consolidation

Titanium is often only part of the purchase. Where a project also needs other materials — bronze bushings, polymer components, fasteners in a different alloy — those can be coordinated on the same enquiry, so that where the goods can be consolidated the buyer deals with one supplier, one document set and one shipment instead of several.

What we will not do: we do not quote a tolerance, a surface finish, a sample lead time or a tooling cost from a catalogue. Every custom quotation states the values we are actually offering for that part, and anything we cannot confirm is marked as subject to confirmation rather than guessed.

Mixed grades and small batches

The orders that are hardest to place are often the smallest and most mixed: ten kilos of one size, twenty of another, two grades on one requisition. Those are exactly the enquiries we are set up to handle, because our supply network can absorb small quantities across the range instead of forcing them into a single mill's schedule.

Prototyping and sampling

For a new part, a first article lets you verify dimension, finish and material before committing to a batch. Sampling cost and lead time depend on the geometry and the material, so they are quoted per project rather than published as a standard fee. Please contact us for confirmation.

How your drawings are handled

Drawings are used only to quote and produce your order. They are not published, not shown to other customers and not used as samples without written permission. A formal non-disclosure agreement is available for projects that require one — the policy is being finalised, so tell us at enquiry stage if an NDA must be signed before you can release drawings, and we will confirm the current arrangement.

Timeline from RFQ to shipment

The realistic sequence for a custom part is: technical review, quotation, sample or first article, batch production, final inspection, packing, shipment. How long each stage takes depends on the geometry, the material and the quantity, and is stated in the quotation. If you are working to a fixed installation date, tell us at enquiry stage — it is far easier to plan the route around a deadline than to recover one later.

Upload your drawing and we will come back with a feasibility note and a price. Drawings are treated as confidential.

Send your drawing

Send a DWG, STEP or PDF drawing with the quantity and any specified grade. If the part is still being designed, send the application and the load case instead and we will discuss which grades are normally specified for it.

Frequently asked questions

Why buy from a one-stop titanium supplier instead of directly from a mill?
Because most real orders are mixed. We can quote several forms, grades and materials on one enquiry, handle small and mixed quantities that a mill may decline, and give you a single English-speaking contact for the whole order. Where sizes and production timing allow, goods can often be consolidated into one shipment and one document set — which we confirm when we quote.
Do you sign an NDA?
Drawings and specifications are treated as confidential as a matter of course. Where a formal non-disclosure agreement is required, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm the current arrangement before drawings are released.
What file formats can you quote from?
DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, PDF drawings and scanned drawings are all workable. A photograph of a marked part is often enough to start a conversation, even if a proper drawing follows.
Can you supply a sample or first article before a production order?
Yes, and for a new part it is usually the sensible route. Sampling cost and lead time depend on the geometry and material, so they are quoted per project. Please contact us for confirmation.
Can non-titanium items be included on the same order?
Yes, subject to what the items are. Where a project also needs other materials, they can be coordinated alongside the titanium, and where consolidation is possible the whole package can arrive on one document set. Tell us the full bill of materials at enquiry stage and we will confirm what can travel together.

Titanium stock supply & custom machining

Titanium mill products are available from stock across a broad range of grades and sizes through our Baoji manufacturing and supply network. Send your exact grade, standard, dimensions and quantity to confirm the stock match, documents and dispatch date.

Custom titanium machined parts: 3–30 days. Lead time depends on drawing complexity, quantity, tolerance and inspection requirements. The production start date is agreed with the order; international transit is additional.

Enquiries welcome from Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. Include your destination country, units, delivery terms and documentation requirements.
