What the enquiry forms collect
- Your name and company name.
- Your email address and, where you provide it, your telephone or WhatsApp number.
- The commercial and technical details of your enquiry: product, grade, standard, dimensions, quantity, application, destination country and port, required delivery date.
- Any drawing, specification or file you choose to attach.
Nothing else is collected. There is no account to create, no newsletter subscription on this site and no tracking of individual visitors beyond the aggregate server statistics the hosting provider keeps.
How we use it
The information is used for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you place an order — to produce, pack, ship and document it. Drawings and specifications are treated as confidential and are used only for your own order.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
- We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not send unsolicited commercial mail.
- We do not publish your company name, your drawings or your enquiry as a customer reference without your written permission.
Who else may see the information
Technical details of an order are passed to the production partner that will make the material, and shipping details to the freight forwarder and carrier handling the consignment. Both are necessary to execute the order. Where a third-party inspection is arranged at your request, the relevant specification is shared with the inspector.
Website hosting and any enquiry form service necessarily process the data in transit; a list of the services in use is available on request. Please contact us for confirmation of the current providers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is commercially useful. Order records, quotations and shipping documents are kept for as long as commercial and tax rules require. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are obliged to retain the record.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. In each case, contact us and we will respond.
