Most industrial titanium enquiries are not for a single item. A heat-exchanger builder needs tube plus tube-sheet plate; a chemical plant needs plate, flanges and fasteners; an OEM needs bar and a machined part to drawing. Supplying the whole range means those items can be quoted together, and can often be consolidated into one shipment and documented as one lot package — subject to the sizes, quantities and production schedules involved, which we confirm before you order.

Why a one-stop titanium supplier beats a single mill

A single mill gives you the forms it produces and the grades it runs. A comprehensive titanium supplier gives you the form the job actually needs. If a drawing calls for a forged ring in Grade 12 and matching bolting in Grade 5, one mill will often quote one item and refer you onward. Because we coordinate an integrated network of production partners around Baoji, mixed grades and mixed forms can usually be quoted on one enquiry, and can often be consolidated into one shipment rather than several. Whether that is possible for your order depends on size, quantity and production timing, and is confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed.

That matters most on small and medium orders. Small quantities and mixed size lists are normal for us, not an exception, and they are exactly the orders a large mill is least interested in quoting.

Quality documentation and traceability

Shipments can be quoted with a document package: mill test report (MTC) traceable to the heat number, packing list, commercial invoice and the shipping documents for the agreed Incoterm. Where a customer's own standard or inspection requirement applies, it is written into the quotation before the order is placed — not negotiated afterwards. The exact document set, and any additional certificate or inspection scope, is confirmed in the quotation and available upon request.

How we work

1. You send the specificationProduct form, grade, standard and revision, dimensions, quantity, application and destination. A drawing or a photo of a marked part is enough to start.
2. We confirm the technical scopeWe come back with the production route, the standard revision we will supply against, and any point that needs your decision — usually within one working day.
3. Quotation with document optionsA priced offer stating Incoterm, lead time and the documents supplied. Available on request: third-party inspection, pre-shipment sample, specific certificate wording.
4. Order confirmationPayment terms and delivery dates are fixed in the order confirmation. Payment is by T/T; letter of credit can be discussed for larger orders.
5. Production, inspection, shipmentMaterial is produced at the partner mill, inspected, packed for sea or air freight, and dispatched with the full document set.

Our supply network, stated plainly

We are a comprehensive titanium supplier, not a titanium mill, and we do not present ourselves as one. Production is carried out by the partner producers in our Baoji supply network, and this website does not describe any plant, rolling line or melting shop as ours. When we mention an ISO 9001-certified production base in Baoji, we are describing a producer within that network, not a certificate held by TONGKE (CHINA) INDUSTRIAL.
