These terms apply to this website and to enquiries and orders placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them. Where your own purchase terms differ from ours, we will confirm in writing which points apply before shipment.
Scope
These terms apply to this website and to enquiries and orders placed through it. They are written in plain language; if any part is unclear, ask before ordering and we will explain it.
Products and specifications
Product descriptions, grades, standards, dimensions and tolerances are given for identification. Where a drawing, standard or specification is referenced, that reference governs. Images show typical product; individual items may differ in surface finish, mill marking and packaging.
Quotations
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Where no period is stated, we treat it as valid for 30 days from the date of issue, because metal prices and exchange rates move. Prices are in the currency shown and exclude freight, insurance, duties and import taxes unless we have expressly written them into the quotation.
Minimum order quantity
Minimum order quantities are stated on the product pages. If your enquiry is below the minimum, ask — mixed grades, forms or sizes can often be combined into one consignment within the stated minimum.
Lead times and stock
Stated lead times refer to production or dispatch readiness from an agreed order date. They do not include international transit or customs clearance. Custom titanium machined parts typically take 3–30 days depending on drawing complexity, quantity, tolerance and inspection requirements. Where a figure is described as stock availability, it is confirmed at the time of quotation and may change before an order is accepted.
Payment and title
Payment terms are stated on the quotation. We normally work on an advance against a proforma invoice for new customers, and on agreed credit terms for established accounts. Title in the goods passes on receipt of payment in full. We may withhold shipment while payment is outstanding.
Inspection and claims
Inspect the goods on receipt. Claims for shortage, damage or non-conformance must reach us in writing within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and the packing list reference where applicable. Claims raised after that window, or where the evidence has been lost, cannot be assessed.
Returns
Goods made to your drawing or to a specification you supply cannot be returned or exchanged except where they are defective or do not match the agreed specification. Standard stock in the size you ordered is generally returnable against a restocking deduction, subject to prior agreement.
Liability
We supply goods to the agreed specification and are responsible for direct loss caused by our breach of this contract. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production, lost profit or loss of use, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, images and code of this website belong to us. Product standards such as ASTM, ISO and EN are referenced for identification and remain the property of their publishers. You may print or extract content for your own commercial evaluation; you may not republish it as your own.
Website availability and content
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Product information is provided for identification and should be confirmed against the specification before you order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is referred to the courts of Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, which both parties accept as having jurisdiction.
